Order shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS with tracking added to your order information page, under My Account.

Shipping is always free when you shop with The African Store.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Orders over 400 lbs or $1000 are shipped via LTL (Less-than-Truck-Load)

Order returns

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please call us at 888-522-8186 or contact us through our contact page and we will arrange shipment back to us. Full refund will be provided.
